Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Geminex Capital platform ("we") collects and uses your personal data. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to support@geminexcapital.com.

1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, country, date of birth), authentication data, transaction and wallet activity, referral relationships, and any identity documents you submit for KYC. We also log technical data such as IP address and device/browser information.

2. Why we use it

To operate your account and process transactions; to verify identity and meet legal, KYC/AML and tax obligations; to prevent fraud and secure the platform; and to communicate with you about your account.

3. Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing the service. Where required, we rely on your consent (which you may withdraw).

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers (e.g. hosting, identity verification, payment/blockchain analytics) under contract, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention & security

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as long as required by law afterwards. Passwords are stored hashed. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact support@geminexcapital.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure sessions. The platform does not currently set advertising cookies. Third-party market widgets may process technical request data under their own privacy terms.
