These Terms govern your use of the Geminex Capital platform ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your country of residence. The service may not be available where it would be unlawful. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or illegal activity.

3. Deposits and investments

Deposits are made in USDT on either the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) or TRC20 (Tron) network, as selected on the deposit form. Funds sent on a network other than the one selected cannot be recovered. A deposit is credited only after it has been verified. Each package has a stated amount range and a monthly performance target range. Target ranges are not guaranteed and actual returns may be lower, zero or negative. See the Risk Disclosure.

4. Returns and the partner programme

Performance credits, where applicable, are calculated and posted according to platform rules. The partner programme pays a 10% direct referral bonus, an 8-level investment bonus, and an 8-level ROI override, as described on the site. Bonus rules may be changed prospectively with notice.

5. Withdrawals and fees

The minimum withdrawal is $10. A 5% fee is deducted from each withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed where required for security or compliance checks.

6. KYC / AML

We may require identity verification (KYC) and may carry out anti-money-laundering (AML) checks before processing deposits or withdrawals. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

7. No advice; risk

We do not provide investment, legal or tax advice. You invest at your own risk and may lose your capital. The platform is not presented as a regulated broker, investment adviser, bank or deposit-taking institution.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses arising from market movements. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or discontinue the service. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
