1. Abstract
Geminex Capital is a web-based investment platform designed to provide participants with access to a diversified market exposure model across foreign exchange (forex), cryptocurrency, and stock/equity markets. The platform concept is based on pooled capital allocation, where funds are distributed across selected market segments and a portion of the platform's daily performance is credited back to participants according to their selected package tier.
In addition to the core investment model, Geminex Capital includes a structured partner programme that allows members to earn referral-based and network-based rewards for introducing new participants to the platform. The system is designed to provide transparent account tracking, automated wallet accounting, itemised transaction history, and package-based performance crediting through a participant dashboard.

3. Platform Overview
Geminex Capital operates through a package-based account model where participants fund their account in USDT using either the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) or TRC20 (Tron) network. 5. Trading Approach
Geminex Capital's market model is designed around diversified exposure across forex, cryptocurrency, and stock/equity markets. Instead of relying on a single asset class, the platform conceptually distributes capital across multiple market books to create a more balanced exposure profile.
The forex book may include major currency pairs such as EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, and other highly liquid pairs. The cryptocurrency book may include large-cap digital assets such as BTC, ETH, SOL, and other liquid assets settled against USDT. The stock book may include large-cap listed equities from major global markets.
The platform applies allocation planning, position sizing, exposure limits, and internal risk controls across the combined portfolio. This approach is intended to balance market participation across multiple sectors while reducing overexposure to a single market type.
The trading and accounting cycle is structured to run daily, including weekends. 6. Partner Programme
Geminex Capital includes a multi-level partner programme designed to reward participants for introducing new members and helping grow the platform network. The programme includes direct referral bonuses paid to the direct sponsor, and ROI override rewards through which upline levels 2 through 8 share in the daily ROI generated by eligible downline activity rather than in the amounts those downlines invest.
Direct Bonus
Participants may receive a direct bonus equal to 10% of the investment amount made by a directly referred participant. This bonus is credited according to the platform's referral rules and is recorded in the participant's ledger.
Level Bonus
A level bonus of 1% of the investment amount is credited to the direct sponsor only. Upline levels 2 through 8 do not receive any bonus calculated on the invested amount; their team reward is paid through the ROI override described below.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are processed in USDT on the BEP20 or TRC20 network, whichever the participant selects. A transfer sent on a different network than the one selected cannot be recovered. After completing a transfer, the participant submits the transaction hash within the platform. The system then automatically performs an on-chain verification to validate the submitted transaction details — including the transaction status, network confirmation, wallet address and transferred amount.
Once the transaction is successfully verified on-chain, the deposit is automatically approved and activated in the participant's account. This automated verification process helps ensure faster processing, improved accuracy and reduced manual intervention.
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of $10, and a 5% withdrawal fee is applied to each withdrawal request. All financial activities — including deposits, ROI credits, bonuses, withdrawal requests, withdrawal fees and completed withdrawals — are recorded in the platform ledger to maintain a clear and transparent transaction history.
This build includes automated deposit verification through on-chain transaction checking, ensuring that eligible deposits are activated automatically after successful blockchain confirmation.
